Anyone with an active, paid ExpressVPN subscription is eligible to receive 30 free days when they successfully refer a friend. Don’t have a subscription yet? Get one here. If you’re on a free trial, you won’t be eligible to refer a friend unless the trial is upgraded to a paid subscription.
How can I refer my friends?
Sign in to your ExpressVPN account and select Refer Friends. You can copy your unique referral link to share on your own channels, or share directly via email, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No, you can refer as many friends as you want. For each successful referral you’ll get 30 free days added to your account.
How do I receive my 30 free days?
Your free days will be added to the end of your billing cycle. You’ll be able to see them on your dashboard when you sign in to your ExpressVPN account. It takes about 24 hours for them to be reflected on your account.
My subscription is billed through Google or Apple. Am I still eligible for the 30 free days?
No. If you signed up through the App Store or Google Play, you are not eligible for the 30 free days when you refer a friend. If you’d like to update your payment method or billing information, you can follow these instructions for the App Store or Google Play.
What if my subscription is billed through PayPal?
PayPal users are eligible to receive 30 days free for every successful referral. You should see the additional days reflected on your dashboard when you sign in to your ExpressVPN account. It takes about 24 hours for the system to update.
If you do not receive 30 free days following the successful referral of a friend, please get in touch with our Support Team so that we can manually update your account.
Can I refer someone who used to be an ExpressVPN customer?
Yes! You can refer a friend who has used ExpressVPN before, and you’ll both receive 30 free days if your friend signs up, special offers excluded.
